My work sits at the intersection of school leadership and school counseling — two vantage points that rarely meet in the scheduling room, and always should. Leadership training taught me how staffing, budget, and program decisions constrain a schedule. Counseling training taught me what happens to a student when those constraints land on them.

That combination shapes how I consult. Before touching a build, I want the course request data, the staffing allocation, the mandated service minutes, and an honest account of what didn't work last year. Then we design a schedule that holds up under all of it — and document it so your team can run it without me next year.

I work with public, charter, and independent schools at the building and district level, both on-site and remotely, in full build cycles and in short, focused engagements.
